This proposal is to outline the tasks and cost associated with a new album (and another in the future), installation of a payment gateway for directly selling albums (new and previous releases) and arrangements, and the creation of a blog.
I will create the cover based on art supplied by Gerry as well as an album liner notes booklet in the format of a CD insert with multiple pages containing AI imagery and the text provided.
I will create a promotional video in the form of a sampler of many of the tracks, each with a distinct video look and feel.
An Ecommerce function will be added to the site to facilitate the selling of digital albums and arrangements in the form of PDF downloads. WooCommerce will be used to accept payment from credit cards via an intermediary called ‘Stripe’ and from Paypal.
In order to set up this payment gateway, a connection must be made from the site to a bank account of Gerry’s choosing. Paypal will deposit funds to a Paypal account according to a schedule set up by Gerry and Stripe will deposit funds from all credit card purchases every two days.
A blog will be added to the site, allowing Gerry to write articles for distribution and for enhancing the search engine optimization for his site.
Costs
For the new album cover design, liner notes booklet and digital audio files (MP3 and WAV): $200
For installation of the WooCommerce payment gateway including the CartFlows plug-in for Checkout design and to facilitate bump orders: $350
To create products and downloads for previous albums as well as creating a PDF liner notes booklet out of the existing artwork: $100/album (assuming I get the MP3 and WAV files).
To create a blog within the site: $100 (at least three pieces of written content should be created in order to seed this new blog archive.)
To produce the promotional video for the latest album: $250
An optional task is to resurrect your Mailchimp account, load your emails, create the abandoned cart sequence and integrate WooCommerce to it. Also, create email templates for email campaigns (announcing the new store, Christmas arrangements, etc.) We can discuss that at a later date.
For all the work initially requested, a 50% payment will be made to Jazz Digital Marketing at the start of the project. Payment through Zelle or Paypal.
